    AFROMAN, the winner of the 4th SW Japan Tournament and an RDX Ambassador, has finally been appointed as XTRY's exclusive street workout instructor! With his world-class skills, he will be giving a wide range of lectures, from the basics to difficult techniques! Come experience a new sport! Participation is open to junior high school students and above.

    At XTRY, we support athletes in Okayama Prefecture with our training! At XTRY, functional strength training involves conditioning and training that aims to get all parts of the body to work together in unison, using nervous system approaches, breathing approaches, internal rib rotation, and more, in order to achieve functional and powerful movements. This time, we have been requested by the Okayama Trail Running Association to hold a "Training Seminar for Improving Trail Running Performance"!
